O’ LEVEL/ JAMB ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 5 credit passes in five subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Biology/ Health Science, and Chemistry, obtained in WAEC/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB examinations or its equivalent is the mandatory O’Level primary requirements for the public health department.
Also, the JAMB subjects combination for the UTME examinations should include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, adding with the general English Language.
FOR JAMB DIRECT ENTRY
Candidates seeking admission through this mode should have at least a Grade B in NCE degree in any of the following subjects:

DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY (PH.D.) PREREQUISITES FOR ADMISSION
